Staying in such an exquisite historical building was a delight, particularly with the stunningly designed double room that made us feel transported in time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast where the range of delicious food, including lovely fresh pastries, exceeded our expectations. The only drawbacks were some minor noise issues from adjacent rooms and the limited dining options outside of the hotel, but the delicious meals offered made it worth it. A highly recommended retreat for anyone seeking tranquility.

had a lovely stay at dalston hall for a wedding, the room was big and clean with a fab bathroom and great shower. the staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we needed, like finding an iron. breakfast was delish, catered to our individual tastes. the grounds are super pretty, perfect for weddings!
the quirky tap made it a bit tricky to fill the kettle and some features in the room could use an update.

The building impresses with its historical charm, and the spacious room offered a comfortable stay with a beautiful view. The friendly and welcoming staff contributed positively, but the service felt strained, possibly due to low staffing levels. Dining options included high-quality traditional Italian dishes, enhancing the overall experience but highlighting a need for better customer service.
